Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, working in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients for changes and collaborate with the healthcare team for care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire. Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
