Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with shifts including day and night rotations. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
