Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients for changes that may impact recovery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Provide a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
