Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department, you will provide essential nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. The role involves assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with industry standards and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within specified timelines.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
