Job Description
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality care. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours and weekend commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience or 3-5 years in acute care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
