Job Description
St. Davids Center for Child & Family Development is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner for our Autism Day Treatment program. In this role, you will provide day treatment and outpatient mental health services to children and families, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily operations and programming for the day treatment program.
- Coordinate and provide support to families through in-center and telehealth services.
- Conduct family and individual psychotherapy sessions as part of the outpatient services.
- Receive clinical supervision and report to the Program Supervisor.
Compensation
We offer competitive pay ranging from $49,870 to $59,045 annually based on qualifications. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement account with matching contribution, generous PTO, paid holidays, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field.
- Experience working with children with mental health/spectrum diagnoses.
Preferred
- Master's degree in the mental health field.
