Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently looking to hire a Full Time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care, administering medications, supervising patient care, and contributing to care planning.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
