Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare at The Elms. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide compassionate and efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
