VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Real Estate Development to join Parker Ranch Inc. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior executive position is responsible for maximizing returns from our land portfolio and enhancing lease income. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset, exceptional soft skills, and a deep understanding of real estate development complexities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of real estate projects.
• Manage land acquisition and divestment processes adeptly.
• Oversee various property types including residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development, preferably with master-planned communities.
• Proven track record in managing net operating income targets and capital budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on maintaining positive relationships.
• Experience collaborating with governmental agencies for development initiatives.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $200,000 annually.

The final compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and additional benefits.
