Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Med Care Manager to join our team. As a Med Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments with the highest degree of quality care and service, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents.
- Document medication administration accurately.
- Provide resident care in alignment with Sunrise Senior Living's mission and standards.
- Promote quality care and services to residents following Sunrise Senior Living policies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; Medication Management certification.
- Minimum of six months of experience in senior care.
- Ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
