About Us:
Middle River Aerostructure Systems is a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and specialized aerostructures. We are currently looking for a dedicated Materials and Process Engineer to join our team. As part of the Materials and Processing Engineering team, you will serve as the focal point for managing engineering specification documentation and internal technical documents. Your role will involve coordinating engineering changes, standardizing documentation templates, and collaborating with various internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering specification documentation and internal technical documents.
• Coordinate engineering specification change board meetings.
• Standardize/update documentation templates.
• Create engineering change documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Execute plans to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or related field.
• Technical background in composites or materials-based industry.
• Knowledge of engineering control and configuration management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• US Citizen or permanent resident.
