Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and requests efficiently.
• Coordinate marketing and sales projects.
• Update inventory photos on the website and price guides.
• Handle the coordination of printed materials and promotional items.
• Support the execution of marketing activities and events.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
• Collaborate on advertising, email, and public relations programs.
• Perform various administrative tasks within the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain marketing supplies and records, including CEU credit certificates.
• Keep track of and follow up on marketing calendar activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Proficiency in database software, Internet tools, spreadsheets, word processing, and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
