Job Description

RuffleButts Inc. is looking for a dedicated Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to oversee key account, e-tailer, and independent store wholesale businesses. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and working closely with internal and external teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion brand management, relationship building with retail partners, team leadership, and proficiency in sales analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans for existing and new accounts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage key account relationships and order processes.
  • Maintain relationships with external sales reps and provide support for sales growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of Wholesale Assistants and Internal/External Sales Reps.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
  • Utilize online wholesale platforms like Faire and NuOrder.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fashion brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and retail math.
  • Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US.

Location

Preference given to candidates living within the DFW area. In-office presence required at least 2 days per week.
