Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members to join our team at ALDI. The role involves efficiently receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and management for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
