Job Description

We are looking for a talented Manager of Demand Planning to join the Advanced Drainage Systems team. As the Demand Planning Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the demand planning and consensus forecasting process within ADS. Your responsibilities will include developing accurate demand forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing inventory levels, analyzing data to identify key drivers, monitoring performance metrics, communicating effectively with stakeholders, participating in collaborative planning meetings, leading process improvement initiatives, conducting market analysis, and providing leadership and support to team members.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.

Preferred Experience
