Project Manager (Environmental Industry)

Job Description

HEPACO Inc, a leading environmental and emergency services company in the Eastern United States, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Jacksonville branch. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing environmental projects, ensuring safety, quality, and successful project completion. This role involves collaborating with the Territory Account Manager and Branch Manager, participating in business development activities, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Essential Functions

• Manage project planning, contract compliance, quality control, health & safety, and resource management.
• Participate in project bidding/quoting and contracting process, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management in business development and adhere to company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and engage team members, handle personnel matters, and report project costs.
• Uphold company values and ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite; experience with Hyland OnBase is a plus.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks in different work environments.
