We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join Winchester Country Club as Greenskeepers. As a Greenskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the premier golf course, ensuring top-notch conditions for members and guests. If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a fantastic golfing experience, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Mow Greens, Tees, Approaches, Fairways, and Roughs.
• Maintain bunkers, perform divot repairs, and remove debris from surfaces and paths.
• Execute summer mowing, fall leaf clean-up, and other course improvement projects.
• Prepare driving range, practice greens, and short game areas.

Requirements

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver excellent results.
• Availability from March to November with an opportunity to return in subsequent years.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.
