Job Description

Saalfield Shad Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its General Liability Team located in Jacksonville, Florida. As part of the team, you will handle a variety of cases including general liability, premises liability claims, auto negligence, and uninsured motorist claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and conduct research, discovery, and factual investigations.
• Review medical records and create medical chronologies.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, and case progress reports.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active member of the Florida Bar.
