Job Description
Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is looking for compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic dialysis team. Responsibilities and Physical Demands
- Provide medical and dialysis treatment to patients.
- Offer professional nursing care and lead the team when necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure top-notch patient care.
- Maintain a safe patient environment and follow safety protocols.
- Stand and bend for extended periods.
Education Requirements and Position Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner.
- Ability to pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
