Job Description
Levco Management LLC is looking for a dedicated Leasing Specialist to join our team at an apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. If you have experience in the apartment management industry or related fields and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and follow up on leads.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies and posting rental ads.
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and deposits.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Handle administrative tasks and property management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment management or similar field preferred.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
