Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Job Description

Quality Enterprises USA is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Naples, FL. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of heavy construction equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of bulldozers, cranes, graders, and other heavy equipment.
• Test and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service attachments and tools.
• Generate detailed reports and records for management.
• Ensure compliance with operating and safety standards.
• Participate in general shop operations and keep work environment clean and safe.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance is essential.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Directional Drills, crushers, and cranes is a plus.
• Experience with CAT equipment is preferred.
• Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings.
• Valid CDL license, DOT physical card, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to improving operations and working cooperatively with the team.
