Full-Time Store Manager Trainee (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi's new store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store, covering supervisory responsibilities, staffing needs, schedule management, and operational planning while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Model the company's core values to create a collaborative team environment.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store presentation standards.
• Participate in hiring, managing schedules, and conducting store meetings.
• Identify training opportunities and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage budgets, ensure proper staffing levels, and monitor inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with retail experience.
• Ability to lead, provide exceptional customer service, and interpret company policies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Prior management experience and high school diploma preferred.
