Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the warehouse's appearance. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards collaboration and execution.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and assist in meeting budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
