1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Take part in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic equations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
