Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Working collaboratively with your team, you will ensure the warehouse operates smoothly to meet the demands of our stores.

Schedules:

  • Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
  • Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
  • Schedule B: Working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
  • Schedule C: Working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
  • Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently.
  • Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
  • Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
  • Perform tasks accurately and in adherence to company policies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive for success.
  • Efficiently organizes and executes tasks in line with company standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
  • Work in varying temperatures and environments.
