Job Description

HEPACO, LLC is seeking a remote Estimator to join our team. As a professional environmental contractor, HEPACO specializes in environmental cleanup, site remediation, spill response, and more. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and quotes by analyzing project requirements and proposals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with senior management, and contribute to the team effort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates by analyzing proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Calculate costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies and present estimates effectively.
• Participate in bid and quote reviews with senior management.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Skills

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with construction estimating and relevant software tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with experience reading blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills.
• College degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• Experience in estimating and opportunity-tracking software a plus.
