Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals to join our hard-working, dedicated team as an Electrician - Journeyperson at George J Hayden Inc. As a key member of the Hayden Power Group, you will play a vital role in providing cutting-edge electrical solutions while fostering a culture of professionalism and growth opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Final compensation ranges from $23.00 - $30.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

- Dayshift schedule with occasional weekends and nights as needed.
Responsibilities
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of commercial, industrial, and residential electrical tasks.
- Perform wire terminations, troubleshoot electrical systems, and interpret blueprints.
- Mentor apprentices, ensure safety compliance, and maintain orderly work environments.
Requirements
- Journeyperson certificate or 7 years of equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver's License and familiarity with NEC, NFPA70E, and PLCs.
- Ability to operate tools, equipment, and work safely in varied conditions.
Special Requirements
- Travel to local and out-of-state jobsites as needed.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols and usage of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain regular attendance and uphold company policies and quality standards.
