Job Description

One Way Wireless Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team. As a crucial part of our company, the Electrical Manager will be responsible for sales, customer relationships, estimating and bidding, project management, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships outside of telecommunications work.
• Estimate projects and set them up for success.
• Strategically plan workdays and work weeks.
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers for electrical project estimates.
• Manage awarded projects effectively.

Requirements

Successful candidates should possess:

• 2 years of electrical project bidding experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in gaining and growing customer relationships.
• Understanding and alignment with company values.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and other related applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure build-out industry.
• Master Electrician or Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years' experience in successful project completion.
