Job Description

Heeter Printing Co, a top employer in Pittsburgh, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our talented Customer Service team. In this role, you will manage client projects, implement account plans, and optimize processes to ensure the maximized productivity, growth, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, resolving issues, complying with customer requests, and responding to inquiries.
  • Write job tickets with detailed information for the production team, including client brand rules, job specifications, design requirements, material, quality, quantity, delivery requirements, and timeline.
  • Monitor the production process, attend daily meetings, communicate concerns, and proactively seek solutions.
  • Complete monthly billing for managed jobs and champion new technologies and collaborations to implement best practices.
  • Be fluent in computer/email usage, Microsoft suite, and quickly adapt to new applications/platforms; focus on using the customer interface system effectively.

Requirements

  • Prefer familiarity with the print industry, experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
  • Prefer 2+ years of customer service experience; High school diploma or GED required, college degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
