Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following cleaning standards and company guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with state and local regulations for alcohol sales is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
