Community Relations Director

Job Description

Quail Park of West Seattle Memory Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Community Relations Director to lead the sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external marketing functions to maintain a positive reputation for the community and achieve or exceed occupancy goals.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous marketing experience in a senior housing setting preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and/or sales & marketing software required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions

Marketing

• Conducts competitive analysis of the local market regularly.
• Develops and implements community outreach programs and events.

Sales Management

• Responsible for achieving census goals and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and tours.
• Manages the sales process from prospecting to move-ins.

Leadership/Management

• Provides training on customer service and marketing skills.
• Assists with budget management and other management duties.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel required.
