Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Community Monitor to join our team at Walton Communities LLC. As a Community Monitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our community to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance according to Walton standards.
• Ensure the property meets or exceeds Walton standards, including all communal areas.
• Participate in resident activities and events.
• Assist in maintaining all community facilities, including playgrounds, entry gates, and the pool.
• Support the team by handling basic service requests and facilitating resident communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, drive a golf cart, and climb stairs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
