Truck and Trailer Specialties, Inc., a reputable family-owned company specializing in servicing plow trucks, is looking for a skilled Collison/Body Technician to join our team at the Dutton Paint Division. As a Collison/Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, developing repair plans, and handling various mechanical tasks to ensure vehicle functionality and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
- Develop proper repair plans for each vehicle.
- Fill depressions with body filler and repair damaged fenders/panels.
- Replace or repair defective mechanical parts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in auto body/Collison repair.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.
