CNC Machinist 2nd Shift

Job Description

Conval Inc, a leading manufacturer in Severe Service Industrial Valves, is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will operate and set up CNC machines, produce high-quality parts, and adhere to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for part production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, select tools, set feeds and speeds.
• Inspect product with measuring tools, detect machine faults, and perform minor repairs.
• Work to ensure production goals are met.

CNC Operator Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and gauge effectively.
• Mazak and Mazatrol proficiency preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for 2nd shift work, Monday-Thursday.
