Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join the RCS Learning Center Inc team in Massachusetts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with Autism and other developmental disabilities by providing high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Develop skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans.
• Provide training to staff, teachers, and parents.
• Conduct behavior and skills assessments.
• Attend IFSP/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Prior experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve their potential.
