Job Description
LMT Computer Systems Inc, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Rochester, NY, is seeking an Account Engineer to join their team. As an Account Engineer, you will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional IT services, provide technical support, and ensure network infrastructure maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Document activities, configurations, and resolutions accurately.
- Act as a liaison to client vendors when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting servers, workstations, printers, and network switches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP Server, and more.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications such as A+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA are a plus.
