Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and report any issues.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
