2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Move and organize merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments effectively.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and ability to collaborate.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
