2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in efficiently fulfilling orders and ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.
