2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Your primary responsibility will involve efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, and unloading shipments, performing general warehouse cleaning, participating in inventory counts, and cooperating with the warehouse team to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect and consult on product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and strive for success.
• Organize, execute efficiently, and excel in teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
