2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, work in varying temperatures, and perform physical tasks.
