2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
