Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will be responsible for relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect product quality and notify management of any concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and alert management to safety issues.
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, carry, and operate equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
