2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, participating in inventory counts, and actively contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Deliver excellent performance and exhibit efficiency in organization and execution.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
