2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi on a full-time basis for the 2nd shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Job Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. You should demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in your work.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely. Must be comfortable working in various temperatures and environments.
