2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment, merchandise organization, and adherence to safety protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, frequently.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
