Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a safe warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Efficiently relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Capable of operating powered industrial equipment safely.
