1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met for an optimal working environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and operate warehouse equipment.
• Collaborative and organized with a positive attitude.
