Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Your main responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. In addition, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable to pressure, setbacks, and challenges.
- Organized and efficient in executing tasks.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
