1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores. With a starting wage of $23.00 per hour, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including stock selection, organization, loading, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and successful behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
